Weekly Review Prize Draw

  1. Eligibility: Open to Lenny customers who have settled a loan within the
    last 90 days.
  2. How to Enter: Leave a review on either Shopper Approved or Google
    using the links provided in the Lenny follow-up emails.
  3. Double Entry: Customers who leave a review on both platforms will
    receive two entries into the weekly draw.
  4. Prize: One winner will be randomly selected each week to receive a
    $250 Prezzy Card.
  5. Draw Timing: Weekly draws occur every Monday for reviews submitted
    in the previous calendar week (Monday to Sunday).
  6. Winner Notification: Winners will be contacted by email within 3
    working days of the draw. If unclaimed after 7 days, a new winner may be
    drawn.
  7. Privacy: Reviews may be anonymous (Shopper Approved). All personal
    information will be kept confidential and used solely for the purposes of
    the giveaway.
  8. Limitations: One prize per person. Lenny reserves the right to verify
    eligibility and to cancel or modify the promotion if fraud or technical
    failures occur.
  9. No Purchase Necessary: Entry is free and not conditional on leaving a
    positive review.

Clearscore Cashbacks

1.Eligibility: This promotion is open to new Lenny customers who:

  • Apply for and draw down a loan through Lenny by clicking on the
    promotional link provided via the Clearscore website during the
    advertised promotional period; and

  • Meet all other conditions of these Terms and Conditions.


2.Exclusions: The promotion is limited to new Lenny customers only.

  • Customers who have previously applied for or settled a loan with
    Lenny (whether approved or declined) are not eligible.

  • Applications made directly through Lenny, or through any other
    third party, without using the Clearscore referral link, are
    ineligible.


3.Offer: The nature of the offer will vary from time to time and will be
advertised on the Clearscore website for the relevant promotional period.


4.Loan Conditions:

  • The minimum qualifying loan amount is NZD $10,000.

  • To remain eligible, the loan must remain current (i.e., not
    cancelled, repaid in full, or in arrears) for at least 30 days following
    the end of the promotional period.


5.Prize Issue:

  • Eligible customers will receive a virtual Prezzy Card issued within
    30 days of the end of the promotional period.

  • The card will be sent to the email address nominated by the
    customer at the time of application. Customers are responsible for
    checking junk/spam folders.

  • Cards will be activated within 48 hours of being issued. Lenny
    accepts no responsibility for lost, misdirected, or inaccessible
    emails.


6.Limitations and Rights Reserved:

  • Only one prize may be claimed per person.

  • Lenny reserves the right to verify eligibility, including confirming
    that the loan was applied for via the Clearscore referral link.

  • Lenny may cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion at its sole
    discretion in the event of fraud, technical failures, or any other
    factor beyond its reasonable control.

  • Lenny’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion is final
    and no correspondence will be entered into.


7.Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lenny accepts no
responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of
participation in this promotion or use of the prize, except where such
liability cannot be excluded by law.
